Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as opened stationery, customized products, or items not in their original condition cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
